You can receive 60% of your basic weekly earnings, subject to plan limits.

Benefits may continue for up to 24 weeks during a qualifying disability.

Your benefits begin after a 15-day elimination period for covered accidents or illnesses.

You also have access to rehabilitation and return-to-work support as you prepare to move forward.
